Square is my favorite POS system
Square is not just a POS system! They also have a HIPAA compliant calendar and can also act as a savings account. I started using them because they also take HSA cards and not all companies do….

The BEST software tool for design!
I use Canva almost on the daily. It really helps make my newsletters fun and there are tons of social media templates. I have also created a short guide on how to be in alignment during seasonal shifts as a freebie to collect email addresses. All of the logos on this page were formatted in CANVA!! It’s really easy to learn and there is a FREE version if you don’t care about storing your designs so you don’t have to re-invent the wheel. Check it out!!

Squarespace is a great option for building your own website
I hated building websites for the longest time, but with some practice I got pretty good at it! You can too. Squarespace 7.1 is super easy with clickable template sections. Give it a try!
My favorite online banking!
Novo is my bank of choice and here is why. It is super intuitive and easy to use online banking. After reading Profit First by Mike Michalowicz, I went in search of a bank that would allow me to set aside funds for taxes, profit, payroll, operating expenses, and recurring yearly expenses without having to open 5 different bank accounts and Novo Reserves allows me to do just that. Novo also integrates nicely with Square and Quickbooks. And of course you can easily deposit checks and send invoices, track them and get paid on your terms. Accounting and bookkeeping and mathing is just overall torture to me. I’m an Acupuncturist first and foremost. Numbers don’t come easy to me so I use the most simple software and hire out the rest. QB turns out to be the most universal accounting software on the market and that’s for a good reason. Give it a shot!
